Jacuzzi J-400-series headrest with transparent insert

This gray headrest has a center hole for attaching to the dedicated pillow slider on the spa shell, not included with this pillow, but available separately.

It is designed for many Jacuzzi J-400 series spas produced since 2009.

Since headrests can react badly when the free chlorine level in your spa is higher than 3 ppm, Tubs Parts recommends that you remove them when they are not in use.
